Reporting & Dashboards
Monitoring and evaluating logistics value chains
The Reporting & Dashboards module visualizes the content of reports and the data from dashboards integrated dynamically in AX4 or SCS.
The format and content of the visualizations, reports, and dashboards are customized with all the relevant KPIs of the individual logistics processes for a concentrated overview of the supply chain.
Besides the live view of dashboards and visualizations, you can of course also configure regular email reports or dynamic alerts triggered when certain thresholds are hit.

Data Services
Adapt, augment, understand: Get the most from your data
The Data Services module manages logistics data and merges it with third-party data. The data is optimized for long-term storage, and a standardized API makes queries a snap. Standard logistics data, like data collected by AX4 or SCS, is augmented with data from IoT, weather, MES or other sources.
Incoming data is integrated and automatically distributed, largely through rule-based workflows. The data can be stored in any number of database systems, depending on where it’s needed. The consolidated data is combined transparently with existing data for use within AX4 and SCS.

Harnessing artificial intelligence for smarter decision-making
Analytics, AI & IoT Application Development is no ordinary module. Advanced algorithms help you make better decisions faster. The Decision Hub collects all the necessary facts, analyzing and grouping historic data. The software identifies the patterns and parameters that lead to good performance, such as recommending the ideal service options and carriers for future shipments.
Current operational transport data can be augmented with third-party data. For example, weather and traffic data from the consolidated dataset is used to generate the estimated time of arrival. Real-time IoT data from sensors embedded in shipments and vehicles provide additional decision-making assistance, optimized with geolocation and temperature monitoring. Analysis of the collective data helps you decide on a course of action when deviations from the standard workflow occur.
